18 369 tons of copper in concentrate were actually produced instead of planned 18 323 tons. This is a new record set up by young facility – the Nurkazgan concentrator. It is a result of the team`s unity and shared objective – to operate safely and efficiently.2015 was significant for us. We made an effort and completed copper production plan ahead of schedule. This is a breakthrough for us, the young facility. We can feel increase in our potential and our employees` skills, we can complete our tasks more efficiently - Personal attitude to safety, corporate responsibility and management of occupational safety – on the part of the company and on the part of employees – is an integral part of safety culture. This year we were able to avoid fatal and severe accidents, which is a good result. There is still something to strive for. And I would like to thank the team of the Nurkazgan Concentrator for selfless work, understanding and loyalty. All concentration engineers of Karaganda region have intention to keep gained pace in the next year, it cannot be ruled out that 2016 is a record year as well.
