Kazakhmys is pleased to announce that in 2025, the company’s corporate initiative to support employees through housing provision will continue. From 2019 to 2024, Kazakhmys transferred 280 apartments worth KZT 6.7 bln to socially vulnerable employee categories, including 186 apartments for large families and 94 apartments for families raising children with special needs.

In 2025, the company will enable current tenants of corporate housing to become full owners. A total of 204 housing units will be gifted, including 152 units in Balkhash (Seifullin Street, Building 34) and 52 apartments in other company locations for employees whose family members have disabilities, belong to large families or are retirees.

Additionally, 60 tenants residing in apartments built before 2000 will have the right to purchase their corporate housing at residual cost, up to KZT 1 mln. All potential applicants will be notified of the requirement to submit documents for consideration by Kazakhmys’ Housing Commission.
