The program for the provision of housing to employees with large families is being implemented as part of the trilateral memorandum on the development of corporate social responsibility signed between the heads of Kazakhmys holding LLP, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the akimat of the Karaganda region.  The coveted keys to four-, five-, and six-room flats and one comfortable house were presented to the operators of the pilot production plant, room cleaners, repair electricians, and pot operators of aqueous solutions, who make a significant contribution to the development of the enterprise and the city by their daily work. The Baizhigitov family is among the happy new settlers. The head of the large family, Zhanaulan Baizhigitov, brings up seven children and works as a charge maker in the charge preparation shop of the Balkhash copper smelting plant of Kazakhmys Smelting LLP. He says that they have been dreaming of a large flat for a long time, but Kazakhmys has bought not a flat for them, but a comfortable house with all the modern amenities for living and bringing up children. The cherished dream of Zhanaulan and his wife Ayaula has come true thanks to the Kazakhmys Corporation.  “I am truly grateful to the management of Kazakhmys for the new flat! The Balkhash trade union organization Non-governmental organization “Kasip korgan” presented sweet gifts and flowers. “Let me congratulate the owners of new flats with all of my heart!
