Over the years, corporate colleges and training and retraining centers have established direct interaction with the heads of Kazakhmys enterprises, according to the requests and needs of which the corporation's educational institutions train personnel. It is achieved through the participation of production workers in the development, updating and coordination of curricula and their regular meetings with students, as well as the involvement of experienced engineering and technical employees of the company in the educational process. To implement the above-mentioned priorities, Kazakhmys creates all the necessary conditions for corporate educational institutions. Colleges and training and retraining centers have a solid material educational and laboratory base, a professional teaching staff has been selected, and cooperation with enterprises on the basis of dual training has been established.
