Quality Development Department is a structural subdivision of Kazakhmys Corporation LLC providing the initiation of the new projects aimed at improving the quality control processes; implementation of quality management system, methodology, normative and technical documentation actualization to comply with existing norms and requirements of manufactured products. This is an important condition to support and successfully develop business processes in structural subdivisions of the company.             Goal – improvement of the existing metal accounting in compliance with international standards and world’s best practices in tight cooperation with the production units of the company. Objective – realization of the approved Quality Development Department Strategy.
