Back in 1978, she was accepted as a laboratory assistant in chemical production at the Central Laboratory of the Balkhash Mining and Metallurgical Combine. After working for more than 20 years in the laboratory, Raushan Sovetovna was transferred to the chemical and metallurgical combine, which included a precious metal shop, as a controller of non-ferrous metallurgy. Then she became a control master and senior controller of non-ferrous metallurgy products of the sludge section of the Balkhash copper smelting plant precious metal shop, where she still works. As colleagues in the shop noted, Raushan Aygalieva has over 40 years of experience as a production worker. She is a professional, responsible, and has high organizational skills. Over the years of work in production, she managed to educate many young specialists. She works in the technical control department by vocation. And for long-term, conscientious work, Raushan Sovetovna Aigalieva, in honor of the professional holiday of the day of the Metallurgist, was awarded the industry badge "Enbek danky" - III-degree.
