The meeting was attended by managers and employees` representatives from the Corporation`s facilities (Karaganda site), as well as by Trade Union organization, facilities of Service Production Complex, Foundry production association, Kazakhmys Energy LLC, Virazh LLC and some contractor organizations.  General Director thanked the Corporation`s team for planned performance achieving, however he marked safety performance degradation . Today this is the main issue for us Formal establishment of Corporation`s Mining Production Complex and Concentration Production Complex was announced. Sayat  Bakirov was appointed General Director of  Mining Production Complex, and Ardager Arinov will head Mining Production Complex. Production`s near-term outlook has been discussed at the meeting. Rebuilding operations have been planned by the Company for the Concentrators in order to process more copper ore with maximal recovery.  Ore will not be a problem. Nurkazgansky mine alone has planned to increase ore extraction up to 4 Mtpa by 2018 and up to 6 Mtpa by 2020. You all aware of the difficult economic situation copper price at the international market decreased again. Only the companies that keep going can survive at this time. And we will not slow down In conclusion General Director answered the questions of the attendees. Similar meetings were held in Zhezkazgan and Balkhash at the same time.
