As the Leader of the Nation emphasized in his address, today Kassym-Jomart K. Tokayev, the President of Kazakhstan and Government of the country take all necessary measures to combat with global pandemic caused by coronavirus. The First President pointed out that against this background “the situation is exacerbated by the global financial crisis, collapse on commodity and currency markets”. Therefore, on behalf of the all labor groups of Kazakhmys we welcome the initiative of Elbasy on creation of special Republican fund as well as that kind of funds in regional centers and cities of republican significance. We understand that any help, as well as unity and solidarity of the whole nation will help Kazakhstan at this difficult time. Kazakhmys will allocate KZT 400 million to the country pandemic counteraction and economy support fund. We urge citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all labor groups of the country to support fully actions of K-J.K. Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in implementation of emergency and extraordinary measures aimed to combat with epidemic, to demonstrate social responsibility and unity of our society.
