Amanzhol has two higher educations: transport and road and mining engineering. His choice to connect his life with the production was conscious because he dreamed of becoming a president since childhood. Over time, his dream turned into a goal. “I saw a living example of how the first President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, worked at a plant, and decided to follow this way. I am sure that work in production hardens a person’s character. Here are a real friendship and a cohesive team.I spent my childhood in Karkaralinsk, Karaganda Region. I come from a worker’s family: my father is a tractor driver, and my mother is a nurse. My parents have always taught me to be useful for society and the state.My wife is a businessperson; she makes confectionery. We have two wonderful sons. According to the tradition, we live with my parents in a private house, since I am the only son. We live together and support each other” Amanzhol Orazalinov worked as a sales assistant in a store, but he knew that it was a temporary job. After completing his studies, he was a roadman at mine. At the age of 23, Amanzhol was offered to head this section. “I was afraid of responsibility but in a good sense! Words of support from colleagues who have been working in the corporation for many years helped a lot. It was a great motivation for me.Now I am the deputy head of the diesel section. I transferred because I want to conquer new peaks”  At first, Amanzhol had difficulties in the diesel section: he had to prove that he could solve difficult problems and be useful. At the moment, his job duties include the organization of works and keeping process documentation of the section, as well as solving social problems of the employees. “In 2014, the Kazakhmys Corporation held a talent competition for the title of the “Best specialist” and the “Best project idea.” The competition had 4000 participants, and our team won the Grand prix. Eduard Ogay, the Chairman of the Board of Kazakhmys, presented to us certificates and a cash prize in the amount of 500 000 tenges. I was included in the employee pool of the corporation”  Amanzhol Orazalinov is the chairman of a public association and is engaged in public works in his hometown. He works on the social problems of the citizens and, when possible, helps to deliver food to the families in need. Amanzhol prefers outdoor activities; he is an avid fisherman and hunter. And since he grew up in the mountains near Karkaralinsk, he likes picnics and mountain hiking. “People who work in production have a strict daily schedule: it starts with a “hotwash” of the night shift and planning the work process for the coming day. Discipline helps to work more efficiently. We set the pace for production.If the boss is lazy, the production will fall behind, so we never ease off. You should always set high goals and never give up. As in any other field, purposefulness, motivation, and discipline make a person successful.The common distinctive feature of a Kazakhmys employee is solidarity and team spirit. That’s why we are always ahead. Maybe, I am too strict, but I appreciate discipline in a team.
