This kind of financial support to the employees will be permanent as part of the corporate social responsibility. Approximately 1700 employees submitted the applications since the implementation of the Company Standard “Performance procedure of the targeted social assistance to low-income employees of Kazakhmys Group”. Special Committee considered all the applications on an individual basis. The committee resolved the payment of targeted social assistance to 1540 employees in the 3rd Quarter 2020 for an amount of 92 mln.KZT, net of taxes and other governmental charges on the results of consideration. The next payment is to be performed at the end of the 4th Quarter, 2020. The program of targeted social assistance is not connected with the pandemic and will be conducted on an ongoing basis. The program is a part of corporate social policy directed to support the company employees.  The employees may submit the applications for the targeted social assistance at the Human Relations Service.
