Nineteen graduates of the program had to immerse themselves in a retrospective, recall everything they had learnt for two years and demonstrate their skills and knowledge in a game thematic format. Graduates of the program are highly gifted creative individuals. For example, to organize a musical break during Ascension to Managerial Everest is a quite simple task for them but desirable and exciting. The final part of the event included the awarding ceremony for the program graduates, presentation of corporate souvenirs, the ceremonial takeout of the program's personal cake with fireworks and celebration of the team victory. It should be noted that in order to organize the graduation ceremony, preparation works were fulfilled in advance to ensure safe participation of all persons involved.
