The dynasty started with Amanbay Togzhanov, who came to work at the mine at its very opening, in 1928. He was one of the first operators to work with the rotary-percussion drill. In 1935-1936, he worked with Kunayev, who came after graduation from the institute. Later, Ulkenbay Nogaybayev came to the mine as a blaster in 1945 after the end of the Great Patriotic War. Ondiris Togzhanov (20.04.1936 – 19.02.2018), homefront and labor veteran, worked as an assistant excavator operator from 1950 to 2000. He was awarded certificates of merit and badges for dedicated work. He brought up seven children. Myrzabala Nogaybayeva (08.09.1939 – 04.12.2017) worked as a boiler operator at the mine from 1970 to 1997. She raised and brought up 7 children, 16 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren, was awarded the Altyn Alka pendant, the III class Motherhood Order, and the I class Motherhood Medal.   At the moment, 8 representatives of the Togzhanov dynasty continue to work. The principle of the Togzhanov dynasty is not to rely on relatives and not to cover anyone. Everyone must observe the rules and discipline so that later not to be ashamed of the relatives. Do not divide colleagues into relatives and non-relatives, treat everyone equally. Kuandyk Ondrisovich Togzhanov worked 1993 from 1997 as a bus driver, and from 2014 till present, he has been working as an operator of a self-propelled two-axles roller with pneumatic tires. He graduated from the Balkhash Mining and Metallurgical Technical School and was awarded certificates of merit for professionalism. Bibinur Mukhtarovna Togzhanova has been working since 2012 as an unloader at the spoil heaps of the Konyrat mine, and at present as an insulator at the power equipment repair center. Bulat Ondrisovich Togzhanov from 1988 to 2019 was a truck crane driver at Virazh Service Karaganda LLP, and now he is a driver in the electric network and substation shop. In 2015, he was awarded the certificate “Best Driver of the Year” for professionalism in his work. Almagul Ondrisobna Togzhanova has been working as an accountant at the Bureau for cost accounting of the Centralized accounting department for 20 years. He started working at the Kazakhmys Corporation in 2000 as an unloader at the spoil heaps of the Kounrad mine. In April 2001, she was transferred to the general accounting office of Balkhashtsvetmet PA as an accountant at the Bureau for cost accounting. In July 2015, she was appointed the head of the Bureau for cost accounting of Balkhashtsvetmet PA. Since 2020, she is an accountant at the Bureau for cost accounting. Marat Ondrisovich Togzhanov started his career at the Konyrat mine after graduating from V.I. Lenin Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in 1993. At the moment, he occupies the position of the acting director of the Konyrat mine. In recognition of his labor, he was awarded the III class industry badge “Kenshi dańqy.” Ernur Bulatovich Togzhanov started his career at the Konyrat mine as an assistant drilling machine operator and is still working at Mining Technologies LLP in the same position. After graduating from Satbayev University in 2013, Toleukhanov Duman Elkenovich got hired at the Konyrat mine as a geophysical engineer. From 2018 to 2019 he worked as a site geologist at the Konyrat mine. Since 2020, he is a beltman at the Balkhash concentrating mill. In 2017, Meruert Kuandykovna Togzhanova graduated from A.
