As part of the acquaintance with the rich heritage of the Golden Saryarka, Andrey Gaydin, together with the mayor of Zhezkazgan Kairat Absattarov, as well as elders and veterans of labor, visited the historical and cultural complex "Zhoshy Khan". The First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP was presented with valuable exhibits and modern technological solutions used in the complex, including the mausoleum of Zhoshy Khan, a museum, a monument to Zhoshy Khan, a tent city and a hotel. The mausoleum of Zhoshy Khan is a symbol of the architecture of the Xll-Xlll centuries. Historians consider it one of the most famous and significant monuments of Kazakh architecture of the pre-Mongol period. According to chroniclers, historical monuments of antiquity are spiritual shrines of the cultural heritage of the Kazakhs, miraculously preserved to this day. Also, the objects of the visit of the high delegation were the mausoleum of Alash Khan and the monument of Unity and friendship of the people of Kazakhstan in Ulytau district. As a broad-minded person who is interested not only in the affairs of production, Andrey Gaydin highly appreciated what he saw and spoke about the need to preserve the rich spiritual heritage of the people for future generations of Kazakhstan. In total, there are 10 cultural and historical sites in Kazakhstan, the interest in which is growing day by day.
