Targeted Social Aid for Employees

Who
can receive it? Employees whose subsistence minimum is less or equal
to the standard subsistence minimum multiplied into 1.7 coefficient per each family
member (husband, wife, minor children). *as of January 2020, the subsistence minimum level
in the Republic of Kazakhstan totals to 31 183 Tenge. What
is included in the targeted aid? 1. Quarterly payment of 60 000 Tenge (20 000 Tenge per
month) for buying staple food (first
payments will be made in September of 2020) 2. Lump-sum payment to buy
school supplies for children by the 1st of September. For the
2020-2021 school year, 56 500 Tenge has been established as a cost of a back-to-school
supply, regardless a number of school-aged kids (The lump-sum payment will be made
in August of 2020). A list of documents required: 1. Copies of identity documents of an employee and its spouse; 2. Copies of a marriage certificate, a divorce certificate or spouse death certificate, an original notarized document that states that an employees is single; 3. Copies of children birth certificates and, if any, copies of children identity documents; 4. An original certificate of student status of children below the age of 23, who study full time at secondary and technical education institutions, professional education institutions, postsecondary education institutions, higher education institutions, post-higher education institutions (if it’s a study for fee - an official statement of cost of a current academic year); 5. Original real estate absence (availability) statement issued by the Citizens Service Centre for all family members; 6. Original wage statement for the last year issued by the employer. All working members of the family must submit this statement. 7. Original pension account statement issued by the Citizens Service Centre for the employee and its spouse; 8. Original certificates of registration as an unemployed person issued by the Citizens Service Centre, if a working-age individual without adverse health conditions does not work; and other documents upon request of the committee. Social aid seekers may apply to special committees established in each company of “Kazakhmys” Group
