Everything comes from upbringing provided by my father, and I myself decided to follow in the footsteps of my elder brother. My career started in the summer of 2008, when I graduated from Zhezkazgan University, faculty of engineering technology, and got a job at the Zhezkazgan copper smelting plant as a maintenance technician. Later I was transferred to the position of a mechanic for planned preventive maintenance, and then became a chief mechanic of the shop. In 2013, I became the chief mechanic of the mine preparation shop. Three years later, I was appointed the deputy chief mechanic of the plant, and since 2017, I have been working as the chief mechanic of the plant”    “In my work, I can be proud of the fact that during the period of my labor activity at the enterprise and in the shop, the polymeric materials, which are still used and relevant in the work, were introduced into equipment. The service life of the equipment parts was increased”  “There are no work-related things as such, but my father’s advice helps me very much in terms of carrying out equipment repair processes. I get a huge number of emotions at the enterprise, come home, and talk with the father about it. We have a vigorous debate, taking into account the long experience of the father, but his advice is very helpful in solving problems”  A source: nur.kz
