The dynasty started with Elyubek’s elder brother, Beysembayev Bolegen Sikhimbayevich: he began his career in a repair team. At the moment, Elyubek Sikhimbayevich, his elder brother, three sons, and a daughter-in-law, Beysembayeva Balnur, the inspector of the technical control department, are working at the enterprise. The eldest son, Beysembayev Erkebulan Elubekovich, worked as a health and safety engineer and now heads the health and safety department at the Konyrat mine. The middle son, Beysembayev Zhasulan Elubekovich, works as a maintenance technician together with Elyubek. The third son, Beysembayev Rustem Elyubekovich, since 2010 has been working as a rolling stock repairman at Tranco Balkhash. Sometimes the management praises my sons, and I am pleased to hear it. I am proud of my children.” Elyubek Sikhimbayevich began his career as a turner in 1981, and in 1984, when the construction of the new furnace started, he transferred there as a repairman. Since then, he has been working in one place for 39 years. Now he is the foreman of the repair service at the copper smelting shop. “I am proud that I work in the field of metallurgy because Balkhash is considered a city of metallurgists. I am proud that my work was appreciated. For example, in 2000, I was awarded the title “Best in the profession,” in 2011 – “Best worker of the technical service of Balkhashtsvetmet LLP,” in 2015 – the certificate of merit for labor success, for my contribution to the development and formation in the enterprise, and in 2019 – the certificate of merit “Ondiris ondasyn.” A source: nur.kz
