There are only a few days left before the start of the new academic year, which begins in the traditional format. The government creates favorable conditions for students to receive education. In turn, being a socially oriented company, Kazakhmys is also providing financial assistance this year to collect students from low-income families of employees of Kazakhmys Group companies. For the 2021-2022 academic year, over 900 employees will be provided with financial assistance in the form of a fixed amount of 56,500 tenge for the purchase of school uniforms and basic office supplies. The company has allocated over 52 million tenge for these purposes. In turn, on a quarterly basis, low-income families of employees of Kazakhmys companies receive assistance in the amount of 60,000 tenge for the purchase of basic food products. On average, quarterly expenses amount to about 77 million tenge.
