Zhangazy was born in Balkhash. For more than 30 years, his father worked in the Kazakhmys system as a mechanic and the first category engineer. His mother is a medical worker. In 2005, after graduating from a gymnasium school in Balkhash, he received an educational grant from the Kazakhmys Corporation. He entered Balkhash Technical and Humanitarian Institute and, after 4 years of study, Zhangazy Seitmuratov was awarded the “Bachelor of Metallurgy” qualification. Under the concluded agreement, after obtaining the diploma, he was sent to the Balkhash concentrating mill at Kazakhmys – Balkhashtsvetmet PA.   “My career began in 2009 at the Balkhash concentrating mill. I started working in the main building as the 4th grade mill operator. In June 2011, I was awarded the 5th qualification grade.After two years of work as a mill operator in a process shift, the management appointed me to the position of a shift foreman of the main building, which began my career as a head of a labor collective.In March 2019, I became the head of the main building, where I still work. This April, I was included in the employee pool of Kazakhmys for the position of the chief engineer of the Balkhash concentrating mill” For more than 5 years, Zhangazy was a shift foreman at the Balkhash concentrating mill. During this time, he listened to the instructions of the managers and the experienced workers and followed their example. He prioritized the experience and knowledge of the employees. Working in this position, he was actively involved in production issues, constantly worked on improving schemes and modes for dressing cupriferous ore, built relationships with the subordinate workers, and trained them in teamwork. “You need to have sound professional knowledge and go hard to the goal, constantly gain experience and knowledge from more experienced mentors. A successful employee is a hardworking, friendly, decent, and goal-oriented person. At the early stages of work, it is important to listen to experienced mentors. Don’t be afraid to pursue your goals, and don’t give up opportunities for career development. In my colleagues, I value such qualities as hard work, wish to develop, responsibility for own safety and safety of colleagues, and the ability to find ways to solve arising problems”  The current job duties of Zhangazy include: management of production and economic activity of the shop, fulfillment of the approved production plans, production output, organization of staff work in compliance with the standards of the Kazakhmys corporation, as well as ensuring the compliance of workplaces with industrial and occupational safety requirements. “As for my work, first of all, I am proud of the colleagues from the Balkhash concentrating mill for their skills and competencies, dedicated and hard work. I am proud that the main building of the mill monthly meets the planned targets, although it processes different types of ore”  Zhangazy has two minor children and tries to devote as much time as possible to their personal development.
