Afonina Tatyana Vladimirovna is an old resident of the Nurkazgan processing plant of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP. The woman since 2007 works as the driver of the conveyor of the crushing case. She says that when she got a job at the factory, the factory was just put into operation, so there were difficulties. — At first it was hard, I didn't have enough experience. All the equipment was new, branded, brought from five countries of the world, such as Russia, Italy, and Germany. The equipment was not yet ground, there were blockages, it was necessary to throw shovels, - Tatyana Afonina recalls. – Now there are no such problems anymore, the factory is at the level when everything is set up and works without interruptions. I can say for sure that the Nurkazgan factory is one of the best in Kazakhstan, both in terms of production and industrial safety. In 2012, Tatyana Vladimirovna graduated as a mentor and since then has been teaching new employees her craft. About 40 specialists came out from under her wing, many of whom continue to work in Kazakhmys. — I am proud of all my boys and girls. Someone made a career in Kazakhmys, someone continues to work as a conveyor driver. Some students call me mom, and they don't hesitate," Tatyana Vladimirovna laughs. – We have a very good team, for me they are a second family. We have already eaten a pood of salt together and we stand up for each other like a mountain. Labor has brought us together. In 2018, Tatyana Afonina was awarded the Republican Order "Enbek Danky III degree" for her labor merits. For a woman, this award was a complete surprise, but her colleagues are sure that Tatiana deserves this Medal of Honor. According to her master Zhandos Sultan, he came to Kazakhmys at the same time as Tatiana and knows his colleague like no one else. - Tatiana is a very responsible and diligent specialist, a good person, kind and responsive. Always helps, supports everyone, never refuses to help, - says Zhandos Sultan. A good person is good at everything — this statement best describes Tatiana Afonina. The woman raised three children and now brings up five grandchildren. In her spare time, she likes to go to the pool and active recreation. A special passion is to collect mushrooms and berries. Tatiana is sure that good relations in the family and in the team, hard work and active recreation are all an integral part of her happy life.
