The main activity and strategic objective of Qazaq Geophysics is to perform a complex of geophysical works, namely, aerogeophysical, areal geophysical works and topo-geodetic support using innovative and advanced technologies of the latest generations. Today, the geophysical company is involved in the implementation of Kazakhmys Barlau projects - since August of this year, Qazaq Geophysics has started performing aerogeophysical studies to search for minerals in the fields of the Zhezkazgan region, in particular, to study the flanks of the deposits of the Zhilandinsky ore zone, the Zhezkazgan ore district and the Zhaman-Aybat area. The work will be carried out using a helicopter equipped with a special air unit that allows conducting research to a depth of up to 1.5 km and ensuring the efficiency and high accuracy of data. To perform field geophysical work, Qazaq Geophysics has created its own aviation fleet (helicopters, airplanes) and a fleet of new specialized and auxiliary equipment from scratch. The peculiarity and effectiveness of the use of aerogeophysical works indicates that today it is one of the most highly effective ways of studying the subsurface. The use of advanced software and geophysical technologies in cooperation with Expert Geophysics (Canada) makes it possible to quickly determine sites for detailed ground operations, as well as optimize subsequent costs for drilling operations.
