Each of the schools approached the organization of landings in its own way. Primary school students with their dads took part in the action at school No. 1 in Zhezkazgan. Perhaps the most numerous action took place at school No. 3 in Zhezkazgan - more than 50 volunteers of the school eco-squad took part in it. Despite their young age (grades 5-6), the children have repeatedly participated in environmental actions, and the landing was another step for them to improve the environment in their hometown. The Center of Children's and Youth Creativity of Zhezkazgan has landed with a friendly team of teachers, pupils of sections and their parents. In many schools, high school students took part in the action (school No. 4 and Lyceum No. 17 in Balkhash, school No. 4 and Lyceum No. 7 in Zhezkazgan). For them, this planting has become a kind of gift to schools: "Next year we will leave school, and the trees we planted will remain." It is not the first year in the 26th school of Zhezkazgan that a circle of ecological and biological direction has been working. As the guys shared, "by participating in the campaign, we got acquainted with new technologies for planting seedlings and now we will use them on our site." The children plan to install drip irrigation in the green areas of the school. At the boarding school named after Rusakova G. Balkhash has been actively working on landscaping for several years: students, under the guidance of a biology teacher, grow thuja seedlings from seeds, cut roses. This action allowed the boarding school to diversify the species composition of green spaces, and its pupils to gain new practical skills. In addition to landscaping the school grounds, Kazakhmys Corporation LLP has prepared another surprise for participating schools – a set of indoor plants for landscaping the office. Ahead of the school there is another event from Kazakhmys Corporation LLP - a month on waste management "Divide, hand over, recycle".
