USTAZ ULYTAU: EXPANDING OPPORTUNITIES AND BOUNDARIES

For those who know English all roads are open. This statement was confirmed by the seminar "English Day", which recently took place for English language teachers and students of schools in the cities of Zhezkazgan, Satpayev, Balkhash and Ulytau district.

The honorary guest of the seminar was a member of the Board of Trustees of the “Charitable Foundation "The Ulytau Educational Foundation", Director of the Centre for Entertainment Art Stuart Mcilmoyle from Canada.

The seminar awarded the best in learning English among teachers and students of schools in Zhezkazgan.

According to the results of the lessons, ten schoolchildren from Zhezkazgan and four English teachers will go to the UK to improve their level of foreign language proficiency.

This trip was the result of the successful training of teachers of the English language of Zhezkazgan schools at the advanced training courses organized by the Center for Pedagogical Transformation "Ustaz Ulytau" of the Foundation "The Ulytau Educational Foundation".

This program is carried out with the involvement of foreign specialists from English–speaking countries - teachers from Canada and the UK. Short-term teacher training at partner colleges in the UK is also part of the program.

This educational project is working in schools in the region of presence with the support of the Kazakhmys Group of Companies.
